1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Reqlume ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Reqlume is a B2B software-as-a-service platform for aerospace requirements traceability, enabling teams to manage requirements, trace links, verify compliance, and generate compliance reports.
3. Accounts & Access
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Organization administrators control membership and role assignments within their organization.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: upload malicious files; attempt to access data belonging to other organizations; reverse-engineer the Service; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or exceed reasonable usage limits as defined by your subscription plan.
5. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to the data you upload to Reqlume. We do not claim ownership of your requirements, documents, or reports. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
6. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reqlume and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
